Job Description: Vanity Art is based in Texas, with warehouses in Texas, California, and New York. Vanity Art has been a supplier of vanities and bathtubs to Home Depot, Wayfair, Lowes, Walmart, etc. for many years. We are customer-focused, and deadline-driven. Our work environment is fast-paced and team-oriented. Vanity Art currently has an opening for a full-time on-site Human Resources administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Support plant safety initiatives to drive toward our goal of zero injuries.
- Support in plant efforts to be a culture of appreciation.
- Process weekly payroll accurately and promptly.
- Compile information for payroll, 401(k), and workers’ compensation audits.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including I-9 documentation.
- Assist with HR-related tasks and inquiries.
- Manage and administer employee insurance plans.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding process.
- Organize and facilitate quarterly meetings.
- Assist with employee evaluations and performance management processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ experience in HR administration or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and NetSuite.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
- Capability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
