The HVAC Field Foreman should possess the following skills, characteristics and abilities:
- Excellent customer service
- 3 Years' Supervisor experience related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems( Commercial)
- Ability to read, interpret, utilize and train on manuals, schematics and control circuit
- Related HVAC and refrigeration systems experience
- Technical aptitude
- Knowledge of local codes
- Leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Conflict management skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized - able to multi-task
- Computer skills: - MS Word, Excel, Outlook and general software navigation
- Clean, neat and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background
- Ability and willingness to work!
