We’re hiring for a Human Resource Coordinator at Greater Austin Allergy- Round Rock as a Full-Time team member in Round Rock, Texas.
Greater Austin Allergy is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to join our HR team and support our growing
organization. This role is ideal for someone who is an independent self- starter. We are looking for an individual who is
creative, driven, and has a strong inclination for getting things done. Strong attention to detail is critical for success in
this role. You will be part of a great team who thrives on partnering with our business leaders, supervisors, and employees.
This position supports all HR related duties and supports the company’s Practice Manager with other key tasks, projects
and deliverables.
Objectives of this role
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager, PEO group and employees to ensure all HR responsibilities are accomplished in a timely manner.
- Provide an outstanding employee experience for all new hires and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Support HR team with annual performance management pay planning processes.
- Support the Practice Manager with other important duties and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and monitor candidate/employee screening process
- Hire/terminate employees in HR system
- Manage all employee LOA in coordination with PEO company
- Generate and monitor monthly HR and Payroll reports
- HR generalist duties
- Process payroll for all entities
- Manage inner company HR personnel files
- Support managers in any disciplinary needs
- Manage employee attendance point system (GAA)
- Maintain Google Groups, calendars, email and drive permissions with all new hires and terminations
- Communicate with recruiting company with any sourcing needs and coordination of interviews
- Create a monthly calendar by entity and distribute to all employees highlighting important dates
- Manage Provider Out of Office Tracking tool (GAA)
- Manage Provider licensure
- Manage and execute received tickets from “Employees Concern Form”
- Take lead on engagement and celebratory opportunities for all entities
- Share HR reporting with marketing team on monthly basis for employee recognition anniversaries
- Provide Controller consolidated report for shared/out of office provider days each quarter
- Conduct quarterly EHR chart audits to ensure compliance
- Administer annual performance reviews
- Participate in annual open enrollment
- Responsible for ordering and distributing employee apparel
