- Assists with periodic audits of benefit programs.
- Assists with talent management, employee relations and culture.
- Collects information relating to leaves of absence/disabilities received from third-party vendors and distributes to local business unit HR leaders.
- Assists with management of the Company’s service awards program, matching gifts program and scholarship awards.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
- Maintains a strong control environment to ensure to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and other key controls and policies.
- Recommends appropriate changes in policies and procedures which leads to greater efficiency, cost savings and other benefits to the Company.
- Completes special projects by clarifying project objective, setting timetables and schedules, conducting research, developing and organizing information and completing assigned tasks.
- Provides administrative help to the rest of HR team where needed.
- Provides support for Company-wide health and welfare program including annual open enrollment prep, development of materials, launch and follow up.
- Provides support for talent management, employee relations and corporate culture.
