We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. ```Duties:```
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives in line with organizational goals
- Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline and optimize the recruitment process
- Assist with organization design and restructuring efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Support talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs
- Communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs to employees at all levels of the organization
- Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs and create appropriate programs
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict management and resolution
- Assist with time off tracking and benefit enrollments
- Maintain accurate employee records using HRIS systems
```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of strategic planning and HR best practices
- Experience with recruiting processes and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with organization design principles and talent management strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs for employees at all levels
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems
