Hr Generalist

We are looking for a HR Generalist to assist with onboarding and administering support to employees. As an experienced HR Generalist, you’ll be our go-to person for disseminating appropriate information to employees.

Responsibilities of a HR Generalist include:

• Recruitment and Staffing assistance
• Employee Relations
• Maintaining guidelines and policies for the HR Cloud
• HIPAA and compliance training
• Background checks
• Benefits Administration
• Policy Development and Implementation
• Training and Development
• Exit Interviews
• Processing paperwork and maintaining employee records

We are an Infectious Disease specialty group with Nurse Practitioners who round at various skilled nursing facilities in Chicago and Indiana. Chicagoland Infectious Diseases offers a great work-life balance and flexible hours/schedules.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
