The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for performing various tasks to support the daily operations of Human Resources. The successful candidate will play an integral role in maintaining time and attendance, HRIS, answering employee questions, processing paperwork, maintaining records, and supporting plant operations.

What Success Looks Like:
- Manage administrative activities for the Human Resources department and plant operations, such as data entry, filing, process invoices, and reporting.
- Review and handle time and attendance administration.
- Create and maintain personnel records in HRIS systems for new hires, terminations, salary, and organizational changes.
- Respond to benefits, payroll, employee leave, schedules, and compensation questions.
- Assist with new hire orientations, employee trainings, research, and presentations.
- Support recruiting, onboarding and off boarding processes and paperwork.
- Support company policies to include the administration of the drug and alcohol program.
- Adhere to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Possess initiative to improve processes and participate with special projects.
- Posse a customer-oriented mindset, effective communication, and people skills.
- Prioritize work and manage tasks simultaneously.
- Provide backup support to other Human Resources team members.
- Demonstrate ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential information.
Your Credentials:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) & HRIS Systems
The targeted salary range for this position is $24 to $34 per hour.
