Job Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with technical colleges, area high schools, and high school equivalent programs to create a flow of new potential employees.
- Develop and maintain relationships with military services to increase the number of veteran employees.
- Develop and maintain relationships with staffing companies to ensure the flow of qualified applicants.
- Administrate the Careers page to ensure position posting are accurate.
- Work with internal managers to ensure the job descriptions are up to date and are accurately reflected in the job postings on the website.
- Communicate with managers to ensure job postings meet the needs of each department.
- Interviewing prospective employees to ensure alignment with ThermTech’s culture and provide a tour of the proposed work area and job duties.
- Coordinate the hiring decision with all affected parties.
- Coordinate the mentor program to ensure mentors are meeting the program requirements and working with the HRD Director to close any gaps.
- Perform exit interviews with all employees leaving the organization.
- Coordinate all terminations with the HR Specialist/Office Manager.
Specific Roles
Workforce Planning and EmploymentAssist in hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewingnbsp;
resumes, scheduling interviews and interviewing potential candidates keeping inmind the organization’s principal hiring/onboarding strategies.
- Assist with providing information, helping to keep company careers page current with information about all available job openings.
- Assist in administering training for employees by providing support throughout individualized employee training program, as needed by manager/mentor/employee.
