HR Coordinator

Looking for a fun, exciting, and growing company to work for! We have an opportunity for you to join our team at Complete Office of Wisconsin a Human Resources Coordinator!
Complete Office a locally operated business products and furniture distributor in Wisconsin is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator for our Germantown office, which also oversees our locations in Madison, Milwaukee, Appleton and Rothschild.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new hires, including entering applicable information into HR/payroll system
- Process semi-monthly payroll
- Administer employee benefit plans such as health, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, and 401k plan; including enrollments, changes, billings, reporting, etc.
- Prepare and update job descriptions
- Administer FMLA leave and other company leave policies
- Process and file workers compensation and auto liability claims
- Verify employees are in compliance with assigned trainings
- Recruiting – including writing and posting employment ads, preparing recruitment materials, screening and referring candidates, identifying and managing effective recruiting resources, managing job boards, college recruiting, social media, and attending job fairs.
- Assist with company, state, and federal required reporting as needed, including preparation of Affirmative Action Policies
- Coordinate 401k Plan audit with external auditors annually
- Process annual ACA Reporting
- Resolve employee relations issues including conflict resolution, employee disputes, and general questions
- Other HR/Office Coordinator duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Associates Degree at a minimum
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Punctual and reliable, good attendance required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Prior experience with ADP a plus
- Previous human resources experience required
