Human Resources Assistant

ELITE HOME HEALTH CARE INC. is a fast-growing, national company with a strong team culture. We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our team and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm M-F
• Full-time, 40 hours per week

Job Duties:

• Caseloads are about 110 caregivers and it’s making sure all caregivers are hired with their proper documentation, following up with them, training and answering any call and questions they may have. Their files need to be updated every year so a lot of follow up, communication and documentation.
• Assist with all aspects of the Human Resources Department including employee onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, employee relations resolution, employee training and administration, and compliance.
• Assist with all administrative duties including filing documents, answering phones, ordering supplies, and other administrative duties as needed.

Education: High School or equivalent (Preferred)

Required Work Experience: High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
