We are looking for a talented HR Coordinator to join our team and participate in the Benefits and Payroll functions. You will be responsible for providing Benefits and Payroll administrative support for the Human Resources department along with assiting employees with general benefit and Payroll questions.
Review/Disburse mail
Complete employment verifications
Send out birthday cards, anniversary gifts and company gift cards (PetroBucks)
Send out flowers/sympahty baskets
Complete benefits invoicing
Complete monthly and quarterly reporting
Upload new hire paperwork
Perform administrative task for benefits such as ordering insurance cards, updating qualifying life events, answering general employee benefit and Payroll questions
Monitor HR email boxes and distribute to the correct contact
