St. Andrews Country Club is looking to hire an experienced Human Resources Administration Assistant. The Human Resources Administration Assistant will provide support to the Human Resources Department on a broad range of human resource activities and projects.
Qualifications
  • Assist the HR Team with all steps in onboarding process as requested including but not limited to: scheduling interviews, new hire paperwork, and e-verify.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, Make copies, scan, prepare mailings, faxing, emailing.
  • Collaborate on events and activities of HR department
  • Maintenance of employee files accurately
  • Maintenance of employee communications including website, employee boards, employee HRIS notifications, etc.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Handle verification letters and verification of employment.
  • Handle employee questions coming from the HR Front Desk and assist with the payroll application.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
  • Must have strong computer skills with focus on Microsoft Office
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment and able to multi-task.
  • Must be able to work independently, as well as amicably in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.

Education & Work Experience Requirements:
  • Completion of Bachelor's Degree or working towards completion of Bachelor's Degree
