· Pay: $18.50/HR
· Shift/Hours: Monday – Saturday: 40 Hour Work Weeks
· Work setting: In-person
· Work Location: In person
The Call Center agents will receive incoming calls from members – this is a helpdesk role assisting customers with resetting their passwords and answering general questions. You will go through training to be effective in your ability to assist customers.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our Call Center database in a comprehensible way
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer support role
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
· High School Diploma Required
· Bilingual in Spanish is a Plus!
