Adecco is hiring immediately for aCall Center Representative with a local client in Casa Grande, AZ! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

 

 ·        Contract Type: Temporary – 05/29/2024 until 07/06/2024

·         Pay: $18.50/HR

·         Shift/Hours: Monday – Saturday: 40 Hour Work Weeks

·         Work setting: In-person
·         Work Location: In person

 

The Call Center agents will receive incoming calls from members – this is a helpdesk role assisting customers with resetting their passwords and answering general questions. You will go through training to be effective in your ability to assist customers.

 Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls in a timely manner

  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

  • Keep records of all conversations in our Call Center database in a comprehensible way

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

·       High School Diploma Required

·       Bilingual in Spanish is a Plus!

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
