Responsibilities and Duties
- Build long-lasting relationships with Service Coordinators and additional referral sources
- Assist with onboarding Home Health Aides and scheduling them with clients
- Conduct caregiver payroll once a week
- Accept/decline cases given authorizations by external Service Coordinators and other referral sources
- Answer phones in an energetic and positive manner.- you are the face of our company!
- Respond to all email inquiries for new clients from referral sources
- Provide the highest level of customer service to all clients, potential clients and Home Health Aides at all times
- Work with the management team on remaining compliant with all client and Home Health Aide documentation
- Report new or lost cases to management
- Handle all necessary documentation required for onboarding new clients and staff
- Grow weekly hours billed and retain clients and staff
- Market the company and services in a professional, friendly manner - we are here to assist their needs!
- Document all interactions into timestamped software system
