```Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a key role within our organization, requiring professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate parties
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional front desk service
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Type, proofread, and format documents as needed
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support as necessary
- Act as a personal assistant to the CEO, handling confidential matters with discretion
- File and organize documents both physically and electronically
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Outlook Calendar or similar scheduling software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment operation
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
