Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's services
Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors, and responding to emails
- Manage office supplies and inventory, and place orders as needed
- Assist with timecards and distribute medical supplies
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs
- Perform general clerical tasks, including filing, data entry
