- Manage Physician Order and Tracking. Manages the order function of Home Health
- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of employees
- Answer and triage office calls. Manage incoming fax and Orders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guideline.
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively use phone systems and other office equipment
- Experience in team management and leadership
- Knowledge of file management systems and administrative procedures
- Axxess Home Health Software experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
