Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a GSSC Administrative Assistant 3/4. This position will be located in Roy, Utah.
What You'll Get To Do:
Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following:
- Providing support to team, including scheduling internal and external meetings.
- Coordinating calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports and all forms of correspondence.
- Receiving, referring or answering emails.
- Office seating coordination with facilities.
- Maintaining various forms/files/folders/access lists.
- Arranging meetings and conferences.
- Recording and distribution of meeting minutes.
- Communicating with executive, administrative and management personnel to gather or convey relevant information.
- Answering questions related to office operations, established policies, procedures, and procedures.
This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- Administrative Assistant Level 3: High School diploma or equivalent and 4 year's additional education and/or related experience.
- Administrative Assistant Level 4: High School diploma or equivalent and 6 year's additional education and/or related experience.
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Requires a minimum 4 years of secretarial and/or administrative-related experience.
- Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Active Secret Security Clearance or higher.
- Experience in a government contracting, aerospace, or engineering environment.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Salary Range: $45,800.00 - $76,300.00Salary Range 2: $55,100.00 - $91,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
