Full Time/Part Time Afternoon Assistant Baker
Hours Between 11am-7:30pm

Tentatively days-- Tuesday- Saturday

Duties:
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bars, cupcakes, cakes, cookies, etc.
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
- Mix ingredients, knead dough, and shape dough into desired forms
- Monitor baking process to ensure proper temperature and cooking time
- Decorate and garnish baked goods as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff.

Qualifications:
- No experience needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Must be able to perform under pressure in a high volume bakery and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipment
-Must be able to work overtime and the weekends and days leading up to Major Holidays

Skills:
- Familiarity with commercial baking equipment and tools
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adjust ingredients as needed
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Creativity
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Note: This position may require working in a catering or restaurant environment.
