Duties
- Prepare ingredients for Baker
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters
- Clean and wash tools
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery area
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bakery or food production setting preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation methods
- Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food
