Job Summary:
Our Oven Department is responsible for all bread and pastry production while meeting company quality standards. Join our team and work along with top chefs in the industry in a fun and upbeat environment.

Baker Assistant Roles: Oven Separator, Fryer and Scratch Baker/Mixer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Report to work on time and as scheduled.
Minimum 1 year of previous baking experience preferred.
Have excellent time management skills and must be able to prioritize.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, paying attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to follow and adhere to recipes.
Must be able to work in different temperature environments
Must be able to work Graveyard/Early shifts, weekends, and holidays to meet company needs.
Must be 18 years of age or over.
Other duties as assigned.
