Our highly rated, family-focused office is looking for a friendly, hardworking, and motivated dental office business receptionist with long-term potential to grow and expand with our team. A confident personality with a strong ability to multi-task is crucial. Must have excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented, and work well with a team. About 30 hours/week including some evenings and up to two Saturday mornings/mo. Previous Dental Front Office experience is required, and knowledge of Open Dental is a plus. Front Office Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients as they come into the practice.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
- Collect patient information and maintain records.
- Verify dental insurance plans.
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
- Maintain the schedule and confirm appointments.
- Check out patients, review treatment plans, and collect co-payments.
