Job Description
PREREQUISITES:
-5 years of experience with QuickBooks : Enterprise Solutions
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
-Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in fast paced work environment
JOB DUTIES:
-Daily management of books (A/R & A/P), bank deposits
-Create monthly bills for clients
-Monthly account reconciliations
-Financial statements preparation and review for accuracy
-Review client and subcontractor contracts
-Cash flow and budget forecasting
-Year-end closing with CPA
-Payroll entry, insurance, W.C. and 401K
-Employee benefit administration
-New employee forms intake
-Update HR policies as necessary
-Assist in general office administration
-Work with vendors, clients, field and office staff
DESIRED SKILLS:
-Experience with Job Costing
-Business Administration experience
-Notary Public is a plus!
-Knowledge/experience working with Construction Projects and Billing
