Full Charge Bookkeeper (A/P and A/R exp. req.) Description
Our client is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to add to their team in Nashville, TN. Reporting to the Owner, you will be responsible for processing and maintaining Accounts Receivables and Payables, employee payroll, and filing of required company licenses. Our client is looking for someone with 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a small company environment. Full Charge Bookkeeper (A/P and A/R exp. req.) Responsibilities
• Run accounting reports daily and merge all systems
• Record all General Ledger entries upon receipt
• Process employee payroll and benefits biweekly
• Prepare/ process 1099s annually
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Update client payment information
• Utilize Sage to record all transactions
• Answer client questions about process and payment
• File all necessary business licenses, keeping them updated
• Verify new employees and complete onboarding
Full Charge Bookkeeper (A/P and A/R exp. req.) Qualifications
• 3+ years of Full Charge Bookkeeping experience required
• A/P and A/R experience required
• Financial statement and General Ledger experience required
