Your responsibilities
- Oversee and manage general ledger
- Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits
- Reconcile accounts by rectifying entries
- Uphold quality historical records by filing documents
- Oversee and maintain a well-run system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

- Earlier experience working with various types of accounting software desired- Deep understanding of Payroll Tax Deposits
- Data entry experience highly desired
- Quality experience with Data uploads
- Sales tax experience
- Practical knowledge of Content uploads
- Well-founded grasp of Customer Support
- Quickbooks Online experience desired
- Proven knowledge of Customer Support
- General familiarity with Upload Documents
- Microsoft Excel experience
- 2+ years of previous experience as a Bookkeeper
- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
