Job Summary
LNR Auto Transport is seeking an experienced and engaged professional to join our dynamic team as the Full Charge Bookkeeper and Accounts Payable Specialist. Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting operations to include but not limited to: Accounts payable, third-party/vendor management and daily accounting functions
- Work closely with the LNR team to ensure all broker and vendor payments are accurate and on-time
- Consistent communication with brokers & vendors as needed
- Reconcile and manage all balance sheet accounts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, for final review of the CFO
- Ensure quality control over all financial transactions and financial reporting
- Support CFO in relationships/projects with financial institutions, CPAs and auditors
- Support a culture that emphasizes accountability, inclusion and transparency within all departments and across company
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (US GAAP)
- Self-starter with the ability to be successful working remote (possible days in the office TBD)
- Knowledge of internal control frameworks
- Quickbooks and Google Drive experience is a plus
