Full Charge Bookkeeper & A/P Specialists

Job Summary

LNR Auto Transport is seeking an experienced and engaged professional to join our dynamic team as the Full Charge Bookkeeper and Accounts Payable Specialist. Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations to include but not limited to: Accounts payable, third-party/vendor management and daily accounting functions
• Work closely with the LNR team to ensure all broker and vendor payments are accurate and on-time
• Consistent communication with brokers & vendors as needed
• Reconcile and manage all balance sheet accounts 
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, for final review of the CFO
• Ensure quality control over all financial transactions and financial reporting 
• Support CFO in relationships/projects with financial institutions, CPAs and auditors 
• Support a culture that emphasizes accountability, inclusion and transparency within all departments and across company 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (US GAAP)
• Self-starter with the ability to be successful working remote (possible days in the office TBD)
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks 
• Quickbooks and Google Drive experience is a plus
