Bookkeeper - Nonprofit Organization Up to $75k
Do have a passion for helping others? My client, an amazing nonprofit organization that has been around for over 30 years, is seeking a Bookkeeper. Overview of the Bookkeeper:
- The Bookkeeper will perform accounting from A-Z for multiple locations.
- Process bi-weekly payroll and related reports for all employees.
- Ensure billing of Medicaid and Resident Liability payments.
- Interacts with Accounting Department at Central Support Office.
- Maintain petty cash bank accounts including weekly check processing and monthly account reconciliation.
- Analyze month end reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements as required.
- Oversee account analysis, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivables.
- Supervise one Admin Staff.
- Oversee, research, establish, and maintain business contracts and leases.
- Review budget monthly and assist in annual budget process.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the operational budget.
- Maintain fixed assets record and inventory.
Preferred Qualifications of the Bookkeeper:
- At least two years of accounting experience including payroll.
- Ability to work onsite in Antioch.
