Our company is currently seeking a Book Keeper to join our team! Our 25 year old company is continuing to grow and there are exciting opportunities grow along with it. Some of the responsibilities of this position would include but not be limited to those below:
Responsibilities:
- Month end reconciliation of accounts.
- Maintaining payroll records
- Preparing and maintaining quarterly tax related reports
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Overseeing and managing Payables/Receivables
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Experience with Sage Peachtree required

The candidate for this particular job opening will be working extensively with their hands using various tools to create and recondition High Quality Fiberglass Molds. We work closely as a "Team", so you will be working closely with other team members.
