Full Charge Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to: account reconciliation, journal entries, and account analysis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software must be proficient in QuickBooks
- Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Collaborate with the corporate accounting team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist with bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of cash balances and transactions.
- Prepare and file tax returns in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software, QuickBooks.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills for account reconciliation and analysis.
- Strong work ethic, Good Attendance, punctual, Reliable, Positive Attitude
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes.
- Resourceful, ability to think critically and problem solve.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
