Bookkeeper/Paraprofessional for Busy Accounting Firm

Looking for someone who is able to work with limited supervision, knowledgeable with public accounting processes, and work with multiple clients in different industries.

Responsibilities:

· Perform monthly bank/credit card settlements

· Process payroll, pay related payroll taxes, file quarterly and annual payroll tax returns

· Prepare sales tax returns; multiple states

Requirements:

· 3-5 years experience required

· QuickBooks experience a must - QBO also is also a plus!

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Good organization and communication skills; detail oriented

· MS Excel and Word experience necessary
