This position is a Direct Hire, full-time Senior Full Charge Bookkeeper role working for an Accounting Firm that provides services for nearly 115 clients! This is a great role for someone who likes to work independently on a small team.

This company is a Boutique Accounting and bookkeeping agency in the Phoenix area that serves small businesses and their CEOs in bookkeeping, personal and business taxes and the paperwork of starting up a business
Some of the Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform accounts payable and receivable functions
- Assist in solving invoice discrepancies with vendors and customers
- Perform accounting and reporting duties
- Review lower level teams work and performance
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Pay: $68k+ (DOE)
Qualified Experience Desired:
- 3-5 years recent experience in an bookkeeping or accounting role
- Compliance with GAAP
- Excellent QuickBooks online and desktop knowledge
- AP/AR experience
- Expert in Microsoft Office Program Excel
Education Requirements:
Highschool Diploma
Location: Tempe, AZ (job offers hybrid options but must be okay working onsite 2-3 days/ week)
