What you will enjoy doing*

• Your primary responsibility will be to provide HSE Orientations to Contractor personnel and employees
• You will support the project HSE manager with maintaining HSE records and relevant document
• In addition, you will be responsible for performing daily safety inspections at the construction site
• Your responsibility will include monitoring contractor activities and contractor personnel, identify safe and unsafe behaviors and conditions 
• You will bring issues to the notice of the contractor and the site HSE manager and follow up to ensure the gaps are closed on priority
• Site Safety Inspection will include but not limited to elevated work areas, scaffolds, ladders, gas bottles, welding equipment, electrical cords, power & hand tools, Safety harness and other PPE
• You must also participate in morning tool box meetings
• Actively identify hazards and take appropriate decision and stop the work, if needed
• Also, work with the contractor to resolve the situation and render it safe

What makes you great

• You should possess at least a Associate Degree or Diploma in a HSE related subject
• Further you must have a OSHA 30 in (Construction) certification
• You must have good knowledge about OSHA Construction and Industry best practices 
• A CHST or CHSM or equivalent are preferred
• You must possess excellent training skills, ability to engage participants in interactive training
• Good communication skills is a required skill
• Willingness and ability to work in the field at least 70% of the time
• Positive attitude and team work capabilities
• You should have at least 10 years of construction site experience in an HSE Technician or Supervisor Role
