Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Handle General Ledger Accounting tasks
- Perform Invoicing duties
- Implement Accruals and Revenue Recognition processes
- Conduct Complex Reconciliations
- Update CRM systems (experience with Zoho is a plus)
- Provide exceptional customer support, including onboarding and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with General Accounting Policies and Procedures
- Utilize QuickBooks (2017 or later) proficiently
- Demonstrate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Maintain strong organizational skills and follow-up on open issues
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and eagerness to tackle challenges
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
