- Responsibilities:
- Perform full cycle bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to:
- Significant transactional reporting into Quickbooks
- Reconciling bank statements and credit card statements
- Check / ACH preparation
- Annual Audit Preparation
- Annual Report preparation to the Department of Revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficient in double-entry bookkeeping principles and practices
- Strong knowledge of accounting software such as Quick Books online.
- Experience with general ledger reconciliation and financial report writing
- Excellent 10-key typing skills for data entry accuracy
- Skills:
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
