SalaryOverview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Schedule appointments
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating client information in our database
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Utilize computerized systems such as Square for order entry and invoicing
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
