We are a well-known apparel, accessories, and swimwear developer seeking a receptionist for our Herald Square office. Responsibilities include;
- Act professionally and with discretion, welcoming candidates and clients into the office in a professional and warm manner
- Be able to multitask and have excellent time management skills
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Run errands
- Help set up for meetings
- Sending packages / create shipping labels (mainly FedEx and DHL / domestic and international labels)
- Administrative support
- Clerical duties
- Friendly customer service attitude and great communication skills
- Must be organized
We are looking for:
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- The desire to learn and grow within the administrative world, either as an office assistant or executive assistant
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per hour
