SalaryNO MEDICAL ASSISTANTS PLEASE. Brooklyn based busy practice is looking for hard-working and enthusiastic receptionists who have Medical Office experience. We are looking for professionals who will make patients' well-being a priority, work well with others, and who thrive in a fast-paced environment. RADIOLOGY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling appointments
- Attending to the needs of patients by creating a calm atmosphere, answering questions, and maintaining a professional environment
- Detail oriented patient intake
- Working with the technicians to ensure a smooth workflow
- Verify insurance and precertifications
- Maintaining patient records by updating patient demographics, scanning patient charts
Our team requires members to have the ability to multi-task, and requires those with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY ARE ESSENTIAL. Radiology experience a plus. Full-time or part-time position.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
