SalaryWe are currently looking for energetic, friendly and responsible individuals to join our front desk receptionist team. The job includes greeting patients, checking them in and out, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate for this position is honest and trustworthy, has a commitment to customer service and enjoys interacting with people on a day-to-day basis. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and must be proficient in computers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the first impression of a company to the public and using that individual impression to determine people's overall view of the company.
- Provide assistance in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and emails as directed by management or as needed.
- Direct visitors to appropriate persons in the organization or assist customers as needed.
- Effectively communicate with all levels of employees within an organization.
- Be familiar with company policies and procedures.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
