Job Description:
Prestige Massage is seeking a friendly smiling face and professional receptionist to join our team. As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities include answering phones, booking appointments, checking clients in and out, washing and folding sheets and towels, and general cleaning of the spa area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with a warm and welcoming smile
- Answer phone calls with a friendly voice
- Schedule and confirm appointments using our booking system, Vagaro
- Check clients in and out, handle payments, and maintain accurate records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa, including washing and folding sheets and towels
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking software Vagaro is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
