SalaryThe Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for answering, screening, and managing phone calls in a timely and efficient manner while providing basic and accurate information to the caller. This individual will utilize a patient management system to verify appropriate patient insurance coverage prior to scheduling patients. Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, multi-tasker, and team player are the top qualities we are looking for in this position. This is a fast-paced role that simultaneously requires a high level of detail-orientated work. The work will need to be performed according to established policies and procedures. The associate will provide exceptional customer service to physicians, patients, family members and all other medical professionals.
A non-exempt position responsible for Front Office duties aligned with the practice mission and standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
