Front Desk Receptionist - Part Time

POSITION AVAILABLE - Receptionist - Chiropractic and Physical Therapy - Part-time

Fast-growing integrative Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, and Massage Therapy practice, seeking long-term, dynamic, and detail oriented team member to provide Front Desk administration for our offices.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Directing flow of the office - patient traffic between rooms/staff
• Answering phone calls
• Scheduling appointments for a multi-provider, multi-location clinic
• Following up with patients about missed appointments, rescheduling appointments, collecting reviews
• Verifying insurance benefits
• Explaining insurance benefits to patients
• Collecting payments from patients
• Following up on collections/past due balances
• Assist in filling gaps in the schedule
• Clean, prep, and maintain patient rooms and lobby

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Front desk experience or customer service experience
• Must be able to work in both our Nampa and Caldwell offices with occasional fill in hours as needed.
