Front Desk Receptionist/Office Manager $17.50-$18.50

Part time receptionist. Greet clients, take insurance information, answer phones, take and distribute messages. Assist clinicians and clients, and be pro-active to potential needs. Organize and audit files. Co-ordinate billing with our billing service (who does the actual billing). Some cleaning involved. Positive attitude required.

We are looking for someone who is looking for a permanent position, who has held a single Receptionist/Office Manager position for more than 3-4 years, preferrably in a medical related setting. This is a key position in the clinic.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 32 per week
