Front Desk Medical Receptionist

LOOKING FOR A FULL AND PART TIME FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Collect patient information, creating patients chart with accurate information
- Verify insurance information
- Handle patient inquiries, provide information, and address concerns or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the FRONT DESK area
- Filing, faxing, and scanning documents

Skills:
- Proficient in operating phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Experience as a Medical Receptionist is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional patient service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working at the FRONT DESK of a medical office is desirable

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
