We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. If you have strong organizational skills and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist with file management, including organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Coordinate and organize social media posts
- Assist with Social Media posting
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer support or Front Desk role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Expected hours: 12 – 22 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
