SalaryIdaho Sky RV Resort is seeking positions for our new resort for this upcoming season. Start date is April 20th through September 2024.
Receptionist Duties:
Responsible for greeting guests when arriving at the property, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, reservations. Help ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience when visiting the resort.
Job Duties:
- Ensure the best possible experience for each guest
- Answer phones in a timely and professional manner
- Process same-day reservations, future reservations, and cancellations.
- Registers arriving guests and ensure they are in assigned spots.
- Pleasantly greet guests and perform duties to provide guest transaction of check-in, check-out, billing, reservations, phone transfers, and other service and hospitality related requests
- Experience working with a computer systems
- Ability to communicate in a courteous, professional manner with teammates, management, and guests.
- Keep all areas clean in the clubhouse, shower rooms and laundry room
- Ability to work independently, with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to be punctual and work within a flexible work schedule.
- Have a strong work ethic. Must display a high degree of pride and integrity in job performance.
- Maintains a high level of professional appearance and demeanor.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Must present self in a professional manner regarding personal dress and grooming
- Ability to work independently, with frequent interruptions.
- Have a strong work ethic. Must display a high degree of pride and integrity in job performance.
- Ability to learn policies and procedures.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Pass criminal background check.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $12.50 - $13.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Rexburg, ID 83440: Relocate before starting work (Required)
