Our office is looking for a receptionist to join our clinic! This part-time position is Monday 7:45 am-5:30 pm and Friday 7:45 am-12:30 pm. Our office is seeking someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, professional, able to multitask, and quick to help other coworkers when in need. Because our office is small, we have cultivated an office culture where we work hard, but we also have fun at the same time. We’re seeking someone who can harmonize with others well and make sure our patients receive the best care possible. We would also want to hire someone who is able to work for a minimum of two years.
Below are the job responsibilities required of our new receptionist:
Receptionist Duties
- Welcome and greet patients when they enter the office
- Creating patient charts for the next day
- Answering the phones and patient’s questions
- Taking payments over the phone and at the Front Desk
- Putting in patient’s insurance and verifying their information
- Restocking the office with supplies
- Tyding up the office when necessary (vacumming/emptying trash/cleaning exam rooms)
- Checking patient’s information for errors
