SalaryResponsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the Front Desk area
- Organize and maintain patient records, including transcribing medical information
- Perform data entry tasks and update patient information in the computer system
- Coordinate projects and assist with office management duties as needed
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for medical staff
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and using medical office software
- Experience in project coordination or office management is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred

Pay: $18.91 - $22.78 per hour
