- Monday- 8:30am-5:30pm
- Tuesday- rotates every other week 8:30am-5:30pm or 9:30am-7pm
- Wednesday- 8:30am-5:30pm
- Thursday- 8:30am-5:30pm
- Friday- 8am-3:30pm
ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Receptionist job responsibilities include:
- Greet patients; check patients in and out
- Schedule patient appointments; ensure smooth flow
- Gather patient demographics
- Verify insurance information for each patient
- Inform patients of medical office procedures and policy
- Collect payments
- Must be able to maintain a professional attitude and be reliable
- Skilled communicator - written and verbal
- Able to multitask, manage time wisely; detail-oriented
- Team-player with a positive attitude
- High school diploma
