Subbio Plastic Surgery is growing and looking for a warm, multifaceted Front Desk Receptionist to add to our practice full time.

As a Front Desk Receptionist at Subbio Plastic Surgery, you will provide our patients with exceptional customer service from the second they enter our practice, until the moment they leave.
You will be responsible for checking patients in, assigning patients to the correct rooms using our EMR software, communicating with the team to make sure the daily appointments are running smoothly, and closing out patient bills.
Other duties include assigning consent forms/ensuring patients have signed their consent forms prior to being treated, fulfilling online sales, keeping track of retail inventory, keeping the Front Desk tidy and well stocked, ordering office supplies and completing end of day reports. You will also be expected to educate yourself on all our treatments and products so that you can be of assistance if patients have questions.

Experience in Cosmetic/Dermatology/Medspa industry or in hospitality a plus.
