Form of workDukes clinical practice is seeking a Family Medicine/Sports Medicine Physician (with three plus years of experience) to join one of their community-based clinics. Carolina Family Practice and Sports Medicine is a 14-provider medical practice, with three Triangle locations (Cary, North Raleigh, and Holly Springs). The core service of CFPSM is to provide high quality primary care to infants, children, and adults in Wake County.
- Full time, 8-5 weekdays, with one administrative day
- Clinic call 1:13, telephone and video visits. When on call there will be video visits for Saturday that week.
- Use Epic as the EMR.
- X-ray and labs on site at each clinic.
- Strong team of RNs, LPNs, MAs and Athletic Trainers.
- 60% family medicine/40% Sports Medicine to start.
- CFPSM is home to the Carolina Sports Concussion Clinic.
- Average 1100 concussion cases per year

- Opportunities to get involved with local high school athletics and other area Sports Medicine community groups for coverage.
- Have established relationships with the Carolina Hurricanes, USA Baseball, NCFC, Carolina Courage along with various high schools in the area.
